When the margin of error is small, Precision Marketing relies on GraFx Publisher to drive its best-of-breed real estate e-commerce solution

The real estate market can be ruthless. To not lose any time getting the promotional material to mailboxes Gary Howard, CDO at Precision Marketing, needed a composition engine that would turn his e-commerce into an all-shop solution.

The struggle – establishing a direct customer connection

Property Connects is aimed at the housing market. A direct marketing platform that puts real estate agents and property developers in direct contact with house sellers, buyers, and renters from a database of over 20 million named, Acorn profiled contacts and unnamed data for every household in the UK. Precision Marketing wanted to become a marketing services partner via this platform and not only connect people, but also provide them with the tools to create, nurture and validate that relationship. All that was missing was the tech to support all aspects of the business from data to creation to print to digital.

“We wanted a solution that could provide a complete user journey for our customers today and in the future,” says Gary Howard, CDO at Precision Marketing. “But finding a solution that could deliver the right combination of user experience and data-driven performance was a challenge until we found the GraFx Publisher.”

The solution – becoming your client’s online marketing hub

GraFx Publisher proved to be the composition engine Precision Marketing needed to create a complete, closed-loop, user journey for the creation of data-driven marketing campaigns within Precision Connects.

The Connects platform allows users turn their market insights into actionable data that GraFx Publisher uses to create variable content and graphics. The user-friendly interface of the Connects platform means even first-time users can easily create data-driven marketing assets that best meet their goal, be it web-to-print or web-to-mail.

Marketing data can thus be used to address specific audiences and create a highly customized piece. If needed, the completed marketing piece can then be sent for approval or can move directly to production.

“Originally, CHILI publisher was an anonymous solution we could tailor to a level of identity that was our own. Along the way, it evolved into our backbone,” says Gary Howard. “It is such a communication streamliner that it has become an online marketing hub where our clients store all their marketing collateral.”

GraFx Publisher is truly a universal publishing tool, not just a web2print online editing tool. We have 2 people creating templates full-time, and we’re expecting more. By combining GraFx Publisher with our digital printing capabilities, we anticipate that we can go lights-out shortly, scale to high volumes, expand our business and venture into new vertical markets
