The AEG Vision marketing team faced a formidable task: producing branded materials for every practice, doctor, and promotion – all with local variations.
We have over 475 eye-care practices under the AEG Vision umbrella. When an eye-care practice joins AEG, they keep everything the same – name, logo, local branding, shared the team. That makes our job pretty challenging.
Every campaign required updates to colors, headshots, and text for each practice. Two in-house designers handled all the edits manually in Adobe® Illustrator® before uploading assets into Adobe Workfront® for proofing and approval.
Even though much of the content was “templated,” each version still demanded hands-on tweaks. For major promotions – four large ones per year across every practice and four smaller ones for subsets of the network – this meant generating hundreds of unique files.
Our process used to be very manual in terms of our graphic designers opening up illustrator to adjust artwork.
