Kathleen Bauwens has been working for CCX for 18 years now. CCX is the in-house communication office of Colruyt Group, one of the most important retailers in Belgium. In her current role, she advises and supports teams in the organisation to carry out process and tooling optimisations. One of her current challenges is to create the mindset with several Colruyt Group brands to apply marketing automation and to introduce marketing automation tools in their operation.
