Local users execute on brand

A traditional brand portal shows what’s already approved. An Experience Portal lets local teams create content easily while keeping the brand safe. Your designers build design systems in GraFx Studio, with every layout, channel, and brand rule built in, and publish them for local users to adapt to their market.

Connect your DAM

Connect the DAM you already use, like Bynder, Aprimo, Canto, or Adobe Experience Manager, through the GraFx Connector Framework, with no complex integration project. Local users work with your approved assets, roles, rights, and metadata intact.

Your DAM stays
the system of record

Rights and metadata
travel with every asset

Product and customer data
connect the same way

Distribute your visual content

A portal isn’t the end of the line. CHILI GraFx is built for distributed marketing, so every asset goes straight to where it’s used, in three ways:

Your people

Local teams create and use content in their markets without waiting on headquarters

Your systems

The API delivers finished assets to your DAM, CMS, eCommerce platform, or any other system

GraFx Extensions

Publish to Google Display Network, create video, or use assets in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and more

*Need a destination that isnʼt on the list?
Build your own with the GraFx Extension Framework and its software development kit (SDK).

FAQs

How is this different from a brand portal?

A brand portal stores guidelines and finished files. An Experience Portal does that too, then enables you to make the files that don’t exist yet, from design systems with your brand rules built in.

Do we have to replace our DAM?

No. Keep your existing DAM as the system of record and connect it through the GraFx Connector Framework. Local teams can work with approved assets while your existing roles, rights, and metadata stay intact.

How many portals can we run?

Start with the teams and markets you need to serve. We’ll help you plan the right portal setup for your organisation and confirm the number of portals covered by your agreement.

Can we connect our own tools?

Yes. Use the GraFx Connector Framework to connect assets and data, the API to deliver finished content to your systems, and GraFx Extensions to reach additional destinations. For a destination that isn’t already available, you can build an extension with the GraFx Extension Framework and its SDK.

What’s included?

Experience Portals bring together a branded space for local teams, access to design systems built in GraFx Studio, and controlled content creation. Your setup can also connect approved assets and distribution tools. We’ll confirm the configuration, services, and commercial terms included in your agreement.
